Research On Intellectual Property Protection Of Chinese Animation Industry From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain

Animation industry has been recognized by the international community as " the core industry of knowledge economy in the 21 st century".At present,the animation industry is in a golden period of rapid development in China.Animation industry is a typical knowledge-intensive sunrise industry with great economic potential.The animation industry is stepping up.However,while the animation economy is booming,various infringement acts are also hindering the development of China's animation industry,such as piracy,malicious registration,imitation of derivatives,etc.Only by establishing a sound and effective intellectual property protection system to protect the animation industry can China's animation industry achieve breakthrough growth,which should be combined with the experience of animation industry powers and the actual situation in China to establish an effective intellectual property protection system.In order to study the intellectual property protection of China's animation industry,the author summarizes the basic theories of intellectual property rights of the animation industry by reading the literature.In the process of writing the article,the author analyzes the intellectual property rights of the animation industry(Japan,the United States,and South Korea).The status quo of the protection system,and draw on its advanced features;the author used the network to interview the original authors of animation and animation companies,and obtain relevant data.This article consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The body part contains four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the basic issues related to the animation industry chain.The basic issues involved in this chapter are: conceptual analysis of animation,animation industry and animation industry chain;analysis and analysis of the legal basis of property rights laws in all aspects of the animation industry chain to protect the theoretical basis of the animation industry.The second chapter is based on the division of the animation industry chain,and analyzes the problems existing in the intellectual property protection of the Chinese animation industry and the reasons for the formation of the problem.This chapter is the focus of this article.This part includes:Based on the composition of the animation industry chain,of all links in the industry chain.The main content of the third chapter is to analyze the intellectual property protection model of the animation industry in Japan,the United States and South Korea.This is a strong country in the international animation industry and learn from the improvement of intellectual property protection.The animation industry in China.The fourth chapter is about the recommendations and measures to strengthen the legal protection of intellectual property rights in China's animation industry.It is based on the second part and proposes solutions in a targeted way.
