A Phonetic Study Of Fengtai Dialect

Fengtai located in Huainan in Anhui province,in the middle reaches of the Huaihe river and in the south of Huaibei plains.Fengtai dialect belongs to zhongyuan standard Chinese xinbeng piece,which is a dialect part of north mandarin.With the development of the society,the transition of population let Fengtai dialect contacted frequently with other dialects.In addition,the influence of putonghua promoted by the government are always worked.The internal of Fengtai dialect have been changed a lot.At present,the research of Fengtai dialect in the academia is not deep,just stay in sound system description and dialect vocabulary finishing.This paper is based on the investigation of Fengtai dialect,we have described and comparised Fengtai dialect speech status from the point of synchronic and diachronic view.This paper described the corresponding relationship between Fengtai dialect and ancient Chinese phonology from initials,finals and tones.We have summarized feature-differentiation corresponding laws between the Fengtai dialect and medieval phonetic system,which can provides some material to the study of zhongyuan standard Chinese.This paper consisted by seven parts,including the introduction,Fengtai dialect phonetic system,Fengtai dialect comparative study,the discussion of some phonetic question in internal Fengtai dialect and conclusion.Specifically,in the part of introduction,the geography enviroment and history of Fengtai were introduced in detail,and the research situation of Fengtai dialect was also have been disgussed.The summarize of Fengtai dialect phonetic system is based on the investigation,and the comparision between Fengtai dialect and mandarin speech system also have been disgussed.The second part of this paper described the differences between Fengtai dialect and medieval phonetic system from three angles:initials,finals and tones.The third part is Fengtai dialect homophones vocabulary.The fourth part to the sixth chapter have discussed some special internal phonetic phenomenas of Fengtai dialect,including the differences of wirting and speaking in Fengtai dialect,phonetic viration,and the differences between the guys and the elds.The final part is conclusion.
