In this study,we used left-behind children as subjects,loneliness as an independent variable,and learning burnout as a dependent variable,and explore the relationship among them.the study hypothesized that sleep quality mediated between loneliness and learning burnout.The purpose of the study is to explore the influence of loneliness and sleep quality on left-behind children's learning burnout,in order to reduce left-behind children's loneliness,improve their sleep quality,and ultimately reduce left-behind children's learning burnout.To effectively measure the status of loneliness of left-behind children,this study revised the loneliness scale for middle school students compiled by ZouHong,and discussed the relationship among left-behind children's loneliness,sleep quality and learning burnout.The results of the study are as follows:1.The loneliness scale after revised has five dimensions: pure loneliness,peer relationship assessment,social competence assessment,social needs unmet,and social alienation.2.The loneliness and learning burnout of left-behind children were significantly higher than that of non-left-behind children,and the sleep quality scores of left-behind children were significantly higher than that of non-left-behind children.3.The loneliness of left-behind children was significantly different in grade and gender;the loneliness of left-behind children was significantly higher than that of left-behind children in the second and third grades.The loneliness of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.There was no significant difference in sleep quality between genders,and there was a significant difference in grades.The sleep quality of children left in the first three years was significantly worse than that of the first two left-over children;there was no significant difference in learning burnout gender;there were significant differences in grades.The level of learning burnout of first-time left-behind children was significantly higher than that of the second-second and third-year left-behind children.There is a significant positive correlation between left-behind children's loneliness score,sleep quality score,and learning burnout score.Sleep quality has a partial mediation between left-behind children's loneliness and learning burnout.Their loneliness can directly affect learning burnout and also can affect learning burnout through sleep quality.
