With the development of computer and three-dimensional technology,three-dimensional animation has been used in engineering tech nology wedly,which ha s contributed to the engineering simulation animation.The use of ani mation technology and m eans the performance of the real engineering process to play the project scrutiny,engineering rehearsal,display,publicity and other purposes,has become a big market demand in this area.Engineering animation fundamentally belongs to the film and television art,but from the content,function and presentation on the form and different from the general sense of fil m and television anim ation.In the dom estic and fo reign situation,it is a sim ple grafting of three-dimensional technology and engineering field,but the study of engineering anim ation as a special branch of film and television from the combination of film language and the specific characteristics of the engineering field is obviously in sufficient.Based on the basic theory of audiovisual language and engineering simulation animation,this paper attempts to apply the basic rules and expressions of audi o-visual language to the perform ance of engineering simulation animation,from the aspects of text structure,semantic representation and grammatical structure.Applied Research.Firstly,this paper analy zes the m eaning and characteristics of engineering sim ulation animation,summarizes the characteristics a nd advantages of engineering simulation animation,analyzes the necessity o f rational u se of audio-visual language in eng ineering simulation animation;Then,based on the theory of video and audio-visual language,this paper studies the perform ance of engineering animation from narrative rules,audio-visual elements and editing ru les.This paper analy zes the narrative structure,lens angle,screen composition,moving lens and editing rules of the engineering simulation animation and the application of sound elements by using example analysis and induction deduction.In the end,this paper takes the engineering p rocess of multi-tasking ship as an ex ample,and concludes the research conclusion and m akes a good re sult,which verifies the significance and feasibility of the research results to a certain extent.Based on the logic and precision characterist ics of engineering sim ulation animation,simplified linguistic symbols are used as the pr e-planning basis,the narrative rhythm is enhanced according to the narrative and editing rules,combined with the specific application of visual elements to improve the expressive force,The Psychological Appeal of Simulation.
