"Anti—hero" Images In Ang Lee's Film

The hero is one of the most significant theme of film.With the social innovation and the development of culture,the audience is not satisfied with standard heroic role.Audience pays more attention to the multi-dimensional and inner spiritual world of the hero,so the concept of "anti-hero" is born.On the other way,the author observes that the film has become more and more formalized of anti-hero in recent years.Its personality is imperfect,but human nature is positive and kind.In Ang Lee's new work "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk",the hero Billy Lynn,has a unique image of introspection and deconstruction,which is different from other types of film.The author will try to use Freud's theory of "id,ego and superego”to study the construction of anti-hero image in " Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk",and analyze the text from three angles of "rebel aspect","depressing aspect" and "relief aspect",and make a comparative study of the same type of film.We should deepen the understanding of "anti-hero" and hope to give useful enlightenment to the setting of"anti-hero" image in the future.
