A Study Of The Narrative Peculiarity In The Poem《moscow—Petushki》by V.Yerofeyev

Venedikt Erofeev,is famous as Russian writer in 1900s.He was born in an ordinary family of Kandalaksha,Murmansk Oblast.He studied in Moscow State University,Orekhovo-Zuyevo and Vladimir normal college and so on.Most of his life at the bottom of the bottle,Erofeev worked as a stevedore,a bottle buyer,driller,librarian,etc.Young Venedict was distinguished by an extraordinary erudition and love of literature.Even at the age of 17,he began to write the diary of the mental patient at the age of 17.Then he wrote the night of the five moon of the banshee,the footsteps of the knight,and the Vasily Rosanne Andrian of in the eyes of the comic.The representative work Moscow-Petushki was completed in 1970 and was called the opening of Russian postmodernist literature.It is the most important modernist art and philosophy declaration of Russian postmodernist literature from 1970s to 1990s in Contemporary Russian Literature by Leo Bea and German lipovets.The heroine of the epic was VeeNechka,an alcoholic and an intellectual.On the morning of Friday,he prepared to go to the Petushki from Kursk station of Moscow by train in order to visit his lover and son.On the road he drunk and talked to different people again and again.However,in the end,he came back Moscow but not Petushki.Then he was brutally killed by four thugs.Peculiar artistic features in the poem,like the Carnival of M.Bakhtin,intertextuality and postmodernism are of great interest to many scholars.However,from the perspective of narratology,so far,no systematic research has been found either in China or in Russia.As everyone knows,today narratology plays a huge role in the practice of studying literature,and takes an important place in the field of literary works.This dissertation will analyze the poem Moscow-Petushki on the basis of the previous research results from the point of view of narratology.The dissertation consists of introduction,3 chapters,conclusion and reference.The introduction briefly introduces the concept and development of narratology,and the main achievements of Russian and Chinese linguists on Russian evaluative idioms,and puts forward the research significance,research objects,research methods,research contents and research purposes.The first Chapter analyzes the surface structure of the narrative in the text by dividing the poem into 4 parts:exposition,development,culmination,final,so then specifically studies the content,meaning and functions of these parts in the poem.The second Chapter is devoted to the deep structure of the narrative in the text and discusses the poem from the narrative time and space.From the order of time,duration of time,and frequency of repetitions,the text is studied.At the same time,the unique narrative space contains the circular structure,which also highlights the tragic fate of the protagonist in pain but unable to extricate himself.The third Chapter defines a specific narrative method—intertextuality in epic.The intertextual theory is used to analyze the relationship between the epic from Moscow to Petushki and other classical literary works.The poem reveals deconstructible and comparing specifics,which show the characteristics of the current society and people.The conclusion briefly and concisely summarizes the study of this thesis and the artistic features of the three aspects of the epic.Through the extraction and analysis of the text of narrative art,reveal the author’s deep thought for the nation,society and the country.
