Intangible cultural heritage recorded human's excellent wisdom,will and spirit.In addition,it is also a kind of precious and unique tourism resources,and under the circumstances of the current diversified travel much people favor,connotation is rich in intangible cultural heritage tourism is undoubtedly the most popular research content.With the development of the human activities in the heritage site frequently tourism activities,part of the intangible cultural heritage of the original true in foreign culture under the strong shock of losing,more and more get the attention of people,in the long run,these lost the original true intangible cultural heritage gradually be forgotten and permanent quit the stage of true intangible cultural heritage items satisfied with tourists demand ?Lock of reserve talents and living,let the person worry.Xinjiang Akesu is a region with tourism resources,tourism has become one of the pillars of the Akesu region,tourism on Akesu overall environment and people's lives have far-reaching impact."Tourism in Xinjiang three years of action plan(2013-2015years)" the "one the Belt and Road" national policy,so that Xinjiang's tourism industry has been the best development period.Therefore,how to protect the inheritors during protection of intangible cultural heritage in the process of developing tourism,how to enrich and expose the value of intangible cultural heritage by tourists and displaying the value of intangible cultural heritage in the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural,Developing tourism products in depth and innovative tourism development model,which is a highly thinking the subject.Based on this paper the theory of sustainable tourism develop,tourm stakeholder theory and perception theory.By the perspective of intangible cultural heritage inheritors and tourists perception,this paper adopts field investigation,survey,the ASEB grid analysis of the integration of intangible cultural heritage tourism in Xinjiang Akesu,this paper concludes the existing problems of intangible cultural heritage tourism of perception in Akesu,Xinjiang: The paper studies the perception of intangible cultural heritage tourism in Akesu,Xinjiang from the perspectives of "inheritor" and "tourists".By further research on inheritors and,this paper puts forward a new model of intangible cultural heritage tourism development in Akesu,Xinjiang such as inheritors' share tourism development,global experience of intangible cultural heritage,embedded intangible cultural heritage tourism develop.
