Practice And Reflection On The System Of Inheritor Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Based on the field investigation method,combined with the historical research method and da ta access method,this article examines the implementation of the protection system of representati ve heritage inheritors of intangible cultural heritage projects in Xingguo County,and reveals the n ecessity of the existence of the system.And the main content,expounded the implementation profi le,practice and effect of rejuvenating the country,tried to find out the problems and reasons still e xist in the system practice and put forward suggestions.As an important carrier for carrying Hakka culture,Xingguo Folk Songs were also selected a s the country's first batch of intangible cultural heritage projects.The study of the implementation of the inheritor system is typical and representative.This paper focuses on the implementation of t he research system of inheritors of the rejuvenation of the folk songs,selects practical effects,exis ting problems and their causes,and puts forward their own views on inheritor protection systems.This article believes that successful rescue and protection cannot be achieved without the proficien cy of the inheritors of theory and practice.Although there are various achievements in the inherito r system of our country,there are also problems such as imperfect qualification procedures and un sound management.The reasons for this are both the problems in the implementation of policy for mulation and the unfavorable factors in the inheritor's own and social environment.In order to sol ve this dilemma,we must start from two aspects.We must not only improve the representative suc cessor identification mechanism,management system,and guarantee and incentive mechanism,bu t also must fully cooperate with the private sector,such as carrying out productive protection,crea ting a good inheritance environment,innovating folk songs and so on.
