The Folklore Study Of The Folk Songs In Chaohu

The study of folk ballads has always been an important part of folklore research.The establishment of modern folklore in China was the starting point of the establishment of a ballad collection in the Peking University in 1918.However,since the revolution of 1911,folk songs are regarded as "vulgar" and difficult to get in good taste,but also on the folk songs of men of literature and writing sniff at,especially during the "Cultural Revolution" is regarded as "four old" crackdown.But with the advent of modernization and globalization,the campaign for the development of the intangible cultural heritage has been developing vigorously.People have recovered these discarded things,and some have even been built into the local "cultural card",which has played a positive role in the political,economic and cultural development.As a national intangible cultural heritage,Chaohu folk songs seem to be difficult to blend with the times in social changes.From the perspective of folklore,the author tries to explore the folklore cultural connotation of Chaohu folk songs and how the folk songs play their social functions in the present society.This paper is based on field investigation and literature review.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,The second part is the text,which is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the geographical and cultural environment of Chaohu and the origin and development of Chaohu folk songs.The second chapter divides Chaohu folk songs into five categories,and classifies the folklore cultural connotation of Chaohu folk songs.The third chapter,taking the theory of performance as the theoretical perspective,studies how the Chaohu folk songs go from text to context in the present time through the participation of observation and interview.The fourth chapter introduces the social functions of Chaohu folk songs.The fifth chapter analyses the present status of Chaohu folk songs,and puts forward some suggestions on the inheritance and development of Chaohu folk songs.The third part is the conclusion,summing up the full text,calling on people to pay attention to the traditional culture represented by Chaohu folk songs.
