On The Treatment Of Animal Image In Contemporary Painting

The theme of the creation of the animal as a painting is different from that of the characters,scenery and still life.Animals,like humans,are members of nature,and animals are human friends,and relationships are inseparable.Animal imagery is an excellent choice for animal characterization and animal personification.In the rapid development of the economy today,the high-speed process of urbanization and industrialization,the existence of the bad environment has been seriously damaged,there are many problems left by the development of the society,a large number of contemporary artists using animals as painting themes to create works,such as Freud,Tuymans,Andy Warhol,village,etc.,Chinese artists have Zeng,Liu Xiaodong,spring buds and so on.The author analyzes and sums up the characteristics and types of animal image in modern and contemporary painting field by observing and studying contemporary animal image works.This article is divided into five parts to discuss animal image,the first part of the introduction part,mainly discussed the reason for the topic,the definition of relevant concepts and animal image symbolic significance.The second part is a review of the classic animal works in the history of art.The third part is to illustrate the features of contemporary painting.The fourth part is the artist's handling of animal image creation technique and expression.Part five is to combine own creation,talk about the creation sentiment of animal image.
