Research On The Operation Of The Management Between Tianjin Star Piano Shop And Liushikun Art Center

With the increasing prosperity of the cultural and creative industry,the social arts training industry is heating up,and the demand for social arts training in Tianjin is also growing.This paper focuses on two arts training institutions,the Tianjin downtown Tianjin star sky art center with Tianjin Liu shikun piano art center operation and management,respectively from the product content,market positioning,marketing,team building,financing five aspects the content of the operation and management for both compared and summarized.The main purpose of the study is hope,a case study of the existing training institutions are added,at the same time also hope that through comparison and analysis,for the future of Tianjin art training market development put forward some Suggestions.In the research process of this thesis,the author adopts case analysis method and comparative analysis method,and combines the literature analysis method,field investigation method and interrogation method.In addition,in order to better realize the comparison and analysis,the author has also studied about the present situation of Tianjin art training market,and the existing art training institutions are divided into "two camps,four small classification,nine categories".Due to the particularity of this case,the author maintains a neutral attitude in the comparison and analysis of this thesis.Both the advantages and the advantages of both are also discussed.
