With the rapid development of China's cultural industry,theaters have sprung up everywhere in China,but as the theater management started late,the theoretical system is far away from perfect and management experience also need to explore,especially under the reform of the cultural and theater system.The management and operation environment,identity and audience demand have changed dramatically,but the management and operation has been seriously lagging behind.Faced with this situation,there is no any doctoral thesis on the history of China's theater development and management.The current study is limited to a specific theater,lacking of the different types of theatres.So theater management research is imminent.The study mainly focuses on: the development of the theater and the management of historical changes;the art marketing of theater;the application of the theater products and services both in the public cultural system and the market system;and the reform of our cultural management system.For the first time,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development history,especially the Shanghai Theaters.The analysis on the changes of the theater management and management mode is under the reform of the cultural system,and fills the vacancies of some literature.In different from the general marketing,social-oriented art marketing effectively makes up for the market-oriented and product-oriented art marketing defects to overcome the art and market opposition and achieve the plan configuration and market distribution into integration.The theater operates in the market with merger of economic and social benefits.Moreover,based on the theory of public product theory and price mechanism,the author constructs the PPP model of theater products and services.Especially in the innovative decentralized secondary supply model,the theater products and services are also included both in the public cultural service system and market system accessing to the optimal allocation of the administrative resources and market resources.In addition to the inner management of theater,as an extension of the theater management,this paper also analyzes the cultural management system in our country.Based on the theory of common governance,stakeholder theory and multi-center theory,after analyzing the multi-party relationship between government,social organization,enterprises and individual.This paper is trying to build a common management pattern of government and social organization in the cultural management system.This paper leads multi-center culture and arts co-governance system for the theater and other cultural institutions management to provide a broader space for development.
