The Effects Of Culture Differences On Culture Industry International Investment

Culture industry is an industry with cultural characteristics.Therefore,compared to other industries' international investments,culture differences have special effects on the international investment of culture industry.Culture differences have an important impact on business performance,management models,investment methods,and risk sharing of international investment.Nowadays,the development speed of culture industry has exceeded every industry,due to the culture industry becoming more and more important,this paper first introduces the development situation of international investment of China culture industry,and mainly introduces investment background,important features,policy support,and main problems.In the end,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for improving the international investment of China culture industry.Subsequently,in the third chapter,which mainly analyzes the culture difference and its influence on international investment,this chapter first explains culture difference,and further introduces the characteristics of China,Japan,France to illustrate the culture differences between these three countries.In the end,this chapter analyzes the effects of culture differences on international investment,mainly analyzes two factors that are culture differences cause culture conflicts within organization and culture differences increase transaction cost which in turn have influences on international investment,the analysis of these two factors will provide ideas for analyzing the effects of culture differences on culture industry international investment.The fourth part of this paper is the most important part,this section analyzes how culture differences influence the international investment of Disney in detail,mainly analyzes the effects of culture differences on business performance,management model,investment model and investment risk of Disney international investment.During the analysis process,this part compares the differences of investment methods,management models,business performance of Disney three theme parks in Tokyo,Paris,Hong Kong respectively,to further explore how culture differences influence its investment,management and business performance.In the end,combine with the existing analysis,several suggestions for improving Disney international investment are put forward.Finally,through the analysis of the effects of culture differences on Disney international investment,this paper puts forward several suggestions for business performance,management model,investment risk and investment method of China culture industry international investment,hoping to give some implications for Chinese companieswhich proceed culture industry international investment in the future.
