This is a translation project report based on Part II,Chapter 6-7 of The Little Black Book of Decision Making:Making Complex Decisions with Confidence in a Fast-Moving World written by Michael Nicholas, experienced and outstanding coach for his training business in the field of decision-making.The book writes about a particular exploration of the internal and external factors that affect decision-making and teaches the way you make decisions both within the workplace and outside of it.And in Part II,Chapter 6-7 of this book,it tells the readers about the two principles of balanced decision-making in a changing world.Although everyone in this era has the capability, few of them can make a good decision and know how to do so;therefore, the translator expects readers get access to a completely new understanding of how to use their brain efficiently and differently to make better and faster decisions. The translator, under the guidance of Nida's functional equivalence theory, solve the difficulties of terminology, proper nouns and long & complicated sentence by corresponding translation method and technique. In such doing, the translation hopes target language readers to have the same response as source language readers.
