| Under the era theme of integration of urban and rural unifinication,traditional villages widely spreading in the rural has been get involved in the revolution of urbanization,also facing the crisis of survival and development.Traditional villages gather lots of great values from history,regional culture and architectural art.The protection and development of traditional villages is not only the progress of human civilization,but also an important strategic part of the development of new-type urbanization.Under the background of the new-type urbanization,the traditional villages in the eastern Hunan has urbanized rapidly.2014,urbanization rate was already 53.38%.These have high research value in those traditional villages of the eastern Hunan,Such as,traditional village layout,traditional architecture,traditional culture.As a result,the traditional village protection and development for new opportunities,focus the problem,research on the protection and the development countermeasures and measures,help to improve the shortcomings of traditional villages and to use the advantage of traditional village,right protection and provide reference for the development direction of traditional villages.This paper attempts to study the protection and development of traditional villages in the context of new urbanization,and analyzes the problems faced by the traditional villages from the aspects of the national level,the social level and the resident level,and points out that the protection and development of the villages should be balanced between modernization and historical and cultural inheritance,traditional layout and development space,economic interests and cultural and social benefits,development planning and implementation of four aspects.Through literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and summarization,this paper expounds the present situation and development characteristics of traditional villages in eastern Hunan,including the construction history,site selection and layout,construction techniques and so on.On the basis of summarizing the principles and strategies of traditional village protection and development,combining the historical value and cultural characteristics of chudong village,this paper discusses the strategy of protection and development of chudong village in the context of current new urbanization,and points out that the protection and development of traditional villages should focus on the coordination and development of villages’ historic features,cultural development,tourism development,industrial upgrading and dynamic village construction,thus forming a virtuous circle of village protection and development.The research results are beneficial to the protection and development of traditional villages in eastern Hunan and provide reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in other areas. |
