| A culture industry park is a wide-ranged,multi-industrial aggregation,it is an intersection of many industries.It has a rather complex structure and strong relevancy.The construction and operation of the park has some characteristics,such as it needs a large investment,its operation cycle is long,and it has many influence factors.The culture industry parks in China started rather late,and have not yet development into a mature state.In the development of the culture industry,to enlarge and strengthen the parks and gain higher profits has high risks.Therefore,the important prerequisite for a good culture industry park project is doing sufficient risk analysis before the construction and operation of the culture industry park project and implementing overall risk management in the whole life-cycle of the project.This paper takes the "Xin Hua 1949" Culture Industry Park Project of A Group as an example,using the theory and methods of project management,in particular,the theory and techniques of risk management,deeply analyzed important steps in the project,searched for risk factors,analyzed causes for these risks and how to deal with them scientifically;by carrying out steps of management of risk identification,risk assessment,risk dealing,and risk control,etc,identified the risks of the project,carried out qualitative and quantitative assessment of these risks,found the most influential risk factor and the way to deal with it scientifically.Doing more research and exploration on the risk management of culture industry park project is beneficial for forming a scientific way of thinking of the development of culture industry park in the process of risk identification and control;it is also beneficial for promoting a reasonable plan and an accurate position for the culture industry park project,so that it could benefit in the later process of construction and operation;it is also beneficial for improving the professional level of the managers of the culture industry park project. |
