Piano Beginners' bad performance postures will cause adverse effects.The fundamental reason is the postures don't conform to Human Factors.The piano performance postures which fit in with Human Factors Engineering should include four points.First,sitting upright in a natural posture,leaned forward not more than about10°-15°for a long time if performance needs.Second,knees bent vertical or more than 90 degrees,flat on the ground.Feet slightly open about 15 °.Third,the angle between arms and forearm is about 120 °,forearm parallel to the keys and wrist along the forearm flat naturally,palm firmly placed on the keys.Fourth,the height and distance of bench should adjust the requirements of players.Players should change the posture slightly for sit firmly,naturally and relax when playing the piano.It is necessary to balance the psychological state of Piano Beginners.By the experiment,the above principles do play a positive impact on beginners.In addition,it is also very important to cultivate the students' consciousness of playing the piano healthily and teach the students how to practice the piano.Therefore,teach with above rules,can prevent piano injury,improve the effect and increase the efficiency of performance,so as to reduce the phenomenon that students give up the piano because of physical pain.More and more children will get the experience of music appreciation through music practice.
