On The Literary Ethical Value Of Cao Wenxuan's Novels

Cao Wenxuan is a benchmark figure in Chinese contemporary children's literature.Over the years,his productive and outstanding creative achievements and unique personal art style have been the focus of children's literature research.However,I found through combing that the existing research on Cao Wenxuan has not paid much attention to the literary ethical value in his works.This article attempts to adhere to the principle of narrative means and ethical end,on the basis of perusing the text and from the perspective of literary values,linking the form of the text to its ethical meaning,and then finding the deeply hidden ethical values.The work consists of fives parts,including the introduction and conclusion:The introduction part combed the research status of Cao Wenxuan's novels,and put forward a new growth point,then selected the research methods and explained the reason why this topic was selected.The first chapter,from the perspective of creator and recipient,I think both the author's creative process and the reader's reading process have ethical implications.It is proposed that Cao Wenxuan's view of children's literature “provides human beings with a good foundation of humanity” is his ethical appeal and humanism.As a unique reader group,juveniles and children conduct ethical and moral experiments during reading,creating ethical feelings and internalize.The second chapter focuses on Cao Wenxuan's classical forms of creation,respectively starting from the three dimensions of morality,beauty,and emotion,and exploring the ethical implications of his poetic narrative strategies and the themes of great kindness and beauty.The third chapter makes an ethical analysis of some typical characters in Cao Wenxuan's novels.Consider factors such as space,time,age,etc.Into the story,experience and understanding of the ethical dilemmas of different individuals.What is pursued is not to make a simple moral evaluation of the characters,but to feel the feelings of life and feelings of each character,in order to gain the power to recognize self and others.On the basis of summarizing the previous contents,the conclusion calls for literature to use its uniqueness to exert its humanistic and ethical values and clarify the research significance of this paper.
