With the development of society,network technology has become more mature,new media and our daily life are inseparable,and the traditional media collide with each other to create a new scene.Network self-made plays also rely on the continuous advancement of network technology.The production keeps moving forward rapidly.At the same time,it also inherited the characteristics of the Internet,the network of self-made dramas expressed more freedom,the theme also comes from people’s lives in bits and pieces.Although compared with other countries,China’s online self-made dramas took a relatively long time,but due to their freedom of expression and other characteristics,a large number of network self-produced dramas of different themes emerged suddenly.The youth-based online self-produced drama is also a topic that attracts many people’s attention.Therefore,research on youth-themed web self-made plays is a valuable research.China’s self-made dramas on the Internet were photographed by former netizens,and are now packaged and designed by professional companies.Network self-made dramas have undergone a transition from "informal" to "formal." In recent years,a series of self-made dramas on youth topics have been launched.Many of this type of online self-produced dramas are sought after by the audience and have achieved good ratings and attention.From Sohu Video’s "Hurry Year" produced in 2014,the "Hello Old Time" produced by i Qiyi in 2017 is the representative of the high drama rate generated by the youth theme network.This article will take the youth-themed network homemade drama produced from 2014 to 2017 as an example to analyze and discuss this type of network homemade drama.It is divided into the following parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the author’s research on self-made drama of youth theme.The second chapter introduces the types of self-made dramas in China’s online self-made plays and analyzes the development motives and development status of the youth dramas.The third chapter studies the self-made drama of youth theme,which mainly discusses from the following three aspects: theme,person and lens language.The fourth chapter is just to put forwardsome problems and innovative strategies in the self-made drama of youth theme network.
