Square Dancing Under The Perspective Of Harmonious Society And Nearby Residents Conflict Research Participants

The art of dance pace with the social development,the square dance originated from social life,expressed the people to the pursuit of living a harmonious and healthy city.Ballet,ethnic dance mostly with appreciate beauty,appreciate beauty on the square dance is in slightly low,but its beauty reflected in the masses get involved when masturbation experience.Square dance is not only a way of exercise,or residents of the community social networking tools,dance conveys positive life style,it is also the location of "beauty".Square dance is a kind of model fitness activities people spontaneously organized,with the crowd constantly growing,constantly improve the DB,accelerate the pace of development does not stop,the square dance also brought along with the unceasing conflict of nearby residents.This research mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,case study method and mathematical statistics,from the perspective of harmonious society,to the basic features of a harmonious society as the content framework of square dance the conflict between the participants and nearby residents were studied.The research results show that:(1)From the view of democracy and the rule of law,democracy and the rule of law is essential to avoid conflict.While democracy is the precondition of the square dance development,the rule of law is a necessary condition for both the establishment of harmonious relationship.The participants in the square dance square dance in the exercise did not communicate with nearby residents,most people say it isn't clear whether listened to both sides of the community comments and suggestions from the aspect of the rule of law,whether the development of laws and regulations related to speaking communities,most people said that was not clear,so for many participants did not follow the rules for a reason.(2)In terms of fairness and justice,fairness and justice is the law of conflict resolution.Community when conflict cannot balance the interests of each side,not to square dance participants is biased towards the nearby residents,in solving the problem of conflict,the community also cannot according to the rules and to solve problems,it also suggests that the community in formulating rules,there are still some inappropriate places need to correct them.(3)Honesty is the prerequisite for the coordination of conflict.From the square dance participants heard some residents failed to comply with the negotiation rules,which also shows that the residents for trustworthiness problem or not to rise to a higher level of understanding,when one party violates the provisions,the other party or the spirit of friendly attitude to solve,which is to establish conflict mitigation and harmonious relationship has a positive impact on.(4)Vitality is the assurance of ease the conflict.Harmonious society should be a dynamic society,survey data show that participants in the square dance exercise will get a good effect in terms of body and mind.Such as:the interests are met,the body workout,mood to happy,social ability was improved.But square dance participants gain a lot,the noise is for nearby residents.(5)Stability is the key to resolve the conflict.In terms of stability and orderly,participants and residents in the square dance makes the comparison of the path.But there are also some people said the square dance exercise in certain time intervals,has met the interference of nearby residents,the result is not optimistic.When there are some people in the interference to hold the pipe,"each person should sweep the snow from his own doorstep,tile frost on others' point of view,as long as no touch to their own interests,not actively to resolve the conflict problem.(6)Harmony between man and nature is the result of the conflict solution.Man and nature in harmony in the first place is to harmony between people.When asked about the community to undertake a talk,in order to enhance our friendly relationship,most people have said there is no need,therefore,many participants square dance is not the harmonious consciousness to resolve the conflict situation.The second is the harmonious coexistence of people and the environment.Many people expressed a desire to develop more special floor space is too small,little living around the dense,noise pollution is also unable to solve.Finally,this research embarks from the six characteristics of a harmonious society,according to a square dance between participants and nearby residents conflict problem,put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to make the people's square dance spontaneously organize movement can conduct more harmonization and standardization.
