The Study Of The Party's Construction Of Our City Communities

The community party building work is an important part of the party's basic level organization construction. In the crucial period of comprehensive reform, and continuously improve the level of our city, city comprehensive strength continuously increased, the community is becoming more and more important in city construction, city community party organization task is heavy. At the same time, the economic and social development and a new challenge for city community party organization, emerge in an endless stream of new situations and new problems, some city community party organization can not fully adapt to the pace of the development of the times, to actively improve the party organization construction, improve the scientific level of the party construction, strengthening community organizations to promote the ability of harmonious community construction, consolidate the ruling foundation of the party.This paper adopts empirical research method, the interview and the questionnaire survey data as the research basis, objective, a true reflection of the present situation of city community construction in China in the new period.First introduces the connotation and elements of city community, mainly discusses basic theoretical issues on the basis of the connotation of city community construction and characteristics of the guiding ideology, objectives,tasks, basic principles and development process. Secondly, combined with literature data and the analysis of the survey data that community party organization function orientation is not clear, organization of basic level party coverage is not comprehensive, the exemplary vanguard role of Party members have not been fully, without forming build ability, lack of good material conditions and the community party workers lack of capacity is the main problems faced by the city community construction. And through in-depth inquiry, analysis of party workers backward ideas, the rapid social transformation, integration of urban and rural areas and more community party building work mechanism is not perfect is the cause of community party building problems. Finally, aiming at the problems and causes, put forward to strengthen the city community party organization own construction, expand the coverage of city community party organization,strengthening the innovation of the party organization and promote the coordinated development of community construction and community building,countermeasures and suggestions, in order to building city communities of practice for reference.
