Study The Question And Countermeasure Of Urban Community Party Construction

Community construction is a new thing in China's social reconstruction and transformation. With the development of community in China, the Chinese Communist Party, as the ruling party, is facing a new subject which is how to strengthen its own development so as to exercise fully the role of leadership in the development of the urban community. In recent years, all local governments have explored much in the urban community party construction, and basically established a new order of urban community party construction, with rich experiences and series of researches in the urban community party construction. However, the practice has been developing, the exploration is unlimited, the urban community party construction needs to draw new lessons, heckle new achievements and put forward new theories. At present, theory lags far behind the practice, practice is in urgent need of support from theory. Therefore, it is very significant practically to strengthen the study on theory.The thesis is divided into five parts. The introduction consists of research background and meaning, status quo, train of thought and method, context and framework, innovations and shortcomings. In chapter one, I make a short introduction about the related concepts, such as the definition of community, meaning of community party construction, and its basic characteristics. In chapter two, I analyzed the factors and reasons which hinder the development of community party construction in practice, including ideas, organization, materials, the quality of party members, co-existence and co-construction, working methods. In chapter three, I make a case study on the first community of Dianliu Xincun in Jinan, trying to summarize its successful experiences and find ways to solve the existing problems in other communities'party constructions. In chapter four, I put forward a set of countermeasure from the perspective of party politics, that is, five kinds of constructions, including idea, organization, behavior, system and relationship, so that the community party organization can have a core fort role in the development of a harmonious community.
