The Research On Government Management Innovation In The We-Media Era

Modern government management is in the face of social environment system, which is from industrial age to the change of the information age. In the information age, people pay more attention to use information technology to improve the level of government management, because of the we media's rapid, timely and sharing characteristics, make the transmission of information faster, and more widespread, become a new means of government management innovation.At present, China's central and local government have attached great importance to the government management innovation, according to the actual situation of the country,has made a preliminary exploration to the government management innovation, and achieved some results. However, due to the shackles of traditional ideas of government and the old management system, as well as the contradictions of different stakeholders,plus government affairs system is imperfect, causes our country government management still exist some issues,for example,the network thinking has not yet been established,network role positioning is not clear,the inadaptability of government organization structure,grey box in the process of network administration and so on. In foreign countries, represented by the United States, Britain, Germany and other countries are on the government management mode or earlier system was reformed, under the background of the media era on how to do the government management innovation accumulated a certain amount of experience, is worth learning and using for reference.According to the current status of our government, and learn from foreign experience, we can learn from the following aspects of innovation governance: First,attaches importance to we-media's status, establish the concept of service administration and open government; The second is to take full advantage of we-media to innovation the hierarchy and compartmentalized structure to improve government efficiency; The third is according to the function of the we-media, orientate of government functions scientifically, and define the scope of authority;Fourth,broadening the channels for the public political participation via the we-media, regulate the government's decision-making process and improve the democratic participation mechanism; The fifth is to vigorously develop the media, play its important role in the management of innovation. Government management innovation should make full use of this new method to sets up the government image, improve the transparency of government work,reduce the administration cost, eventually establish a democratic, efficient andservice-oriented government.
