Research On Corruption And Countermeasures In The Deepening Reform Period

Corruption is called “political cancer”in the social system.After the 18 th national congress of the CPC,our country pays high attention to the problems of corruption and introduces a series of reform measures to control the spread of corruption,under the leadership of the new state leaders,the bottleneck of administrative system reform has loosen. The measures include:to play the "invisible hand" power, emphasizes the role of market in allocation of resources,to reform interest rate and interest rate decided by market, to reinvent government function in some fields,to establish the central inspection teams and so on.The implementation of these measures are important to reduce rent-seeking space and supervise government operation,controlling corruption and implementing anti-corruption work authentically.In this paper, firstly takes Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao's anti-corruption thought and practice as the background to study the anti-corruption of comprehensive deepening reform period.summarizes the history of anti-corruption of the three periods, and provides experience for deepening the reform period; secondly, carries on the analysis to the anti-corruption situation of comprehensive deepening reform period, including the analysis of the necessity of the corruption and the new features of corruption;thirdly analyses difficulties and challenges in comprehensive deepening reform period,including the analysis of the main causes of corruption and summary anti-corruption challenges;finally,puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems from three aspects of thought, system and method.
