Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,standing at a new historical starting point,puts forward Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,making comprehensive moves to finish building a moderately prosperous society,deepen reform,advance the law-based governance of China,and strengthen Party self-discipline.It establishes all work of the Party and government's strategic goals and strategic measures under the new situation.Comprehensively deepening reform is the fundamental motivation and the key to realize Two Centenary Goals and Chinese Dream.Construction of Shanghai pilot free trade zone is country's pioneering major initiative to comprehensively deepen reform in the new situation.Xi jinping's Series of Important Speeches are the latest achievements about theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and sinicization of Marxism.Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy is an important content of Xi jinping's Series of Important Speeches.Comprehensively deepening reform is a “comprehensiveness” as a strategic measure and a ground-breaking key link.For three years,Shanghai pilot free trade zone has made great progress,and its innovation test accumulates precious experience for comprehensively deepening reform.It achieves many results with institutional innovation that can be replicated,playing the lead exemplary role in comprehensively deepening reform.This paper applies the Marxist theory and the research direction on sinicization of Marxism,with new perspectives and innovative concepts focusing on the development frontier,to combine theory with practice.Under the background of Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy to research comprehensively deepening reform and explore Shanghai pilot free trade zone,it can contribute my share for sinicization of Marxism.Research purpose is that explanation of comprehensively deepening reform in the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy to improve and develop the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and push forward Chinese sound and fast development.Shanghai pilot free trade zone is to explore new ways and accumulate new experience for comprehensively deepening reform.In the process of innovation research and exploration,innovative point is comprehensive research.This paper focuses on the macro field,using the concept of system theory and emphasis theory to reveal the regularity and development trend.Innovation research about comprehensively deepening reform in the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,from horizontal and theoretical level,mainly uses the logic method to interpret persistence of the basic principles of Marxism,indicating that comprehensively deepening reform is related to socialism with Chinese characteristics.From vertical and practical level,it mainly uses historical method to interpret innovative development for the theoretical system of Marxism,especially the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,reflecting that comprehensively deepening reform is the approach to achieve our goal and Chinese Dream.Exploration on Shanghai pilot free trade zone,from application level interprets that it keeps tight in the core task of institutional innovation as one of the “pilot field”,replicating the results with institutional innovation and serving for comprehensively deepening reform.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the first chapter,which expounds research backgrounds,bases and significances of topic,domestic and foreign research actualities,research goals,methods and contents,key issues to be resolved,innovative points,etc.The second part includes the second,third,and fourth chapter.In general,it researches theoretical origin about comprehensively deepening reform in the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy.Then,it adheres to the basic principles of Marxism,and develops the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The third part includes the fifth and sixth chapter.This part explores original inspirations,innovative developments,and vital effects of Shanghai pilot free trade zone,making suggestions with further innovation and development to promote comprehensively deepening reform.The fourth part is the last chapter,namely,which is a general summary of the front six chapters.Meanwhile it is integral as a unified whole.
