Theory Of The Crime Criminal Law Regulation Of Food Safety In Our Country Defects And Improvement

Food safety is a major social problem that governments and consumers pay close attention to.Food safety is related to people's life and health,and relates to the stability of the whole society.At present,a variety of food safety issues are still endless,the phenomenon of illegal crime repeatedly banned,while China's current criminal law in the food safety regulations still exist many defects.Starting from the current situation of food safety,combining with practical matters,this paper discusses how to improve the protection mechanism of food safety crime in criminal law.The first part of this article from the status of food safety analysis,through the grasp of the status quo,for the following lead to the legal protection mechanism to provide the premise.The second part,from the current law,analyzes the existing laws for the protection of food safety deficiencies.Finally,combined with the current situation of food safety and the shortcomings of the existing criminal law,discusses the scope of criminal law regulation,how to improve the criminal law.
