The Research On The Phenomenon Of Taking Exam For Civil Servants After Graduation In Hefei Finance And Economics College

From 1994 when China carried out civil service exam,the number of candidates increased sharply.Civil service exam has become a hot social issues recently.In this paper,based on the analysis of the tendency of the number of civil service exam's candidates,I aim to investigate the reasons for college students to attend civil service exam and its changes.In the background that government has adjusted the politics of civil servants,the research focus on the detail features of students in Hefei finance and Economics College service exam and analyze the reasons.This paper mainly discusses the beginning of civil service system in our country and the development of college students' attending civil service exam.On the basis of analyzing the documents we have now,I analyzed the positive effect and the negative effect caused by the issue.First,I use the method of questionnaire to investigate the phenomenon that students in He Fei Financial vocational college plan to attending civil service exam.I gave away 200 questionnaires to students who would graduate d soon and analyzed the 188 questionnaires that was correctly filled in and useful.Next,I used the method of interview.I interviewed students who are from 6 classes and are dived into three different levels according to the result of recent test pertinently.I select 2 students from each class.According to the result of statistics,I put up the problems existed in signing up the civil service exam.First of all,the system of civil service exam in our country is not complete now.Also,the quality of students is not good enough.What's more,the pressure of trying to get employed is huge.To help solve the problems,I propose some solutions.First,complete the system.Second,schools need to change mode of education and complete the system of guiding students in employment.Last,we should change students attitudes toward employment and strengthen moral education are needed,in order to offer guidance of choosing jobs and attending civil service exam's intentions and promote the harmonious development of our society.
