The Study On Investigation And Measure Of Gan Jingzi District Government Information Disclosure Work In Dalian

The extent of government information disclosure is one of the important measuresof the level of democracy and legal development.It is also a vital means of building a legal and transparent government. Since May 1,2008, China issued and implemented the "People’s Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance", which marks the work of government information disclosure is entering the legal track.In 2014, in the party’s eighteenth Plenary Session of the senior year, "the Decision of the CPC Central Committee comprehensively promote the rule of law on a number of important issues"again made higher requirement to the disclosure work. During the Implementation of the "Regulations" in the past seven years, Gan Jingzi District Government as well asother national elementary governments practicedthe government information disclosure work, gradually formed a certain work pattern, and obtained some effect.But carrying out information disclosure is still inprimary stage, there were still some problems in the process of implementing it.In this paper, with the advantages of practical work experience in Gan Jingzi Government, on the basis of investigation and study of substantial data obtained, and with the background of analysis of Gan Jingzi urbanization, I will discuss and analyze Gan Jingzi Government Disclosure development status, existing problems and reasons, and give reasonable and directive advice from personnel training, team building, open channel expanding, institution building, and monitoring and evaluation. At the same time, I hope this will offer some helpful reference to the government information disclosure in other districts.
