Discussion On Labor Law Protection Of College Students' During Off-Campus Part-time Job

In addition, it puts forward the main task to clarify the definition of students'dealing with part-time jobs. Meanwhile, it is needed to make clear the nature of legal relationship between students dealing part-time jobs and the employing units. Moreover, it clearly puts forward that the behavior of students dealing with part-time jobs should be considered differently and shouldn't be treated with the same ideas. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect laws and regulate legal responsibilities of social subject. With the combination of universities, employing units, the society, it will be beneficial to protect legal rights of university students. What's more, it also needed to encourage university students to improve the awareness of self-protection and coordinate the relations of part-time job and academic studies and learn to protect their own rights.
