Trade union organizations how to assume the burden of protecting migrant workers and how to use their own resources and means to play a role in the process of the guarantee of the rights of migrant workers. These problems are about to become the research object of this paper and for the grass-roots trade union workers' rights theory rich provide certain reference.Farmers work for the special population of social development, they contribute to the development of the city's own strength, their rights and interests should be protected.
