Research On The Behavior Optimization Of Migrant Workers’ Right Safeguarding From The Visual Angle Of Organization

Migrant workers is a social group emerged during the period of China’s reform and opening up, industrialization and urbanization. As an important part of industrial workers, they have made major contribution to modernization. With the rapid advance of urbanization and industrialization, migrant workers’ rights are damaged frequently which seriously challenge the construction of socialist harmonious society. Therefore, probing into the issues of migrant workers rights safeguarding is an important project confronted to academic circles.By taking field research of X county Y village in Henan province, 223 valid questionnaires were quantified by using SPSS software. the paper analyzed the status of organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding, the effect of organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding affected by the will of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding;the way of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding and the ability of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding.Based on this, the paper put forward countermeasures to optimize migrant workers’ behavior of rights safeguarding and improve the effect of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:First,the will of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding is stronger;Most of migrant worker realize or join in the right safeguarding organization and agree the way of the organization of right safeguarding;The ability of the organization of migrant worker rights safeguarding is important but the ability of the organization of migrant worker rights safeguarding is weaker, various rights safeguarding organization play a larger role to improve migrant workers’ right safeguarding ability.Second,the main factors influencing the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding effect is the importance of organization, the ability strong or weak, the importance of the ability,the role of various rights safeguarding organization and the core of leadership.The above five factors are positively correlated with the effect.the attitude of organization,the strong way to right safeguarding,the consultation mediation and the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding effect is not correlative.Third, Strengthen the propaganda education, enhance the consciousness of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding; Build organization platform, ensure that the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding is feasible;Pay attention to training of management, promote the ability of the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding;Improve the coordinated management and ensure the organization of migrant workers rights safeguarding smoothly;Strengthen the supervision and guidance,ensure the behavior optimization of migrant workers rights safeguarding.
