Research On The Performance Appraisal Of Inner Mongolia Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Bureau

Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is the national inspection and quarantine of entry and exit of people and goods national law enforcement agencies, to protect the interests of the whole country's duty. As a result, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions to carry out the performan ce appraisal for the improvement of employees' service ability and management level, promote the scientific and reasonable development of our country entry-exit inspection and quarantine work has important practical significance.In this paper, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau in Inner Mongolia performance appraisal work of practice as the research object, combined with the present situation and problems existing in the work, this paper analyzes the existing performance evaluation system, analyzing the research achievements of many scholars, discusses the building is suitable for the performance evaluation index system of inspection and quarantine organ at the grass-roots level, in order to research on performance evaluation of inspection and quarantine institutions provide further evidence, to promote the development of inspection and quarantine and the ultimate goal of public sector performance evaluation.This article is divided into four parts.The first part i s introduction. Main content is introduced the selected topic background and significance, and explains the concept of performance and performance appraisal as well as the related research at home and abroad were reviewed.The second part mainly through the description of the characteristics of the entry and exit inspection and quarantine bureau performance appraisal, and then discusses the importance of performance appraisal.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the entry and exit inspe ction and quarantine bureau of Inner Mongolia, including Inner Mongolia bureau of main methods in performance appraisal work, results, and existing problems and reasons.The fourth part is for question, and puts forward the countermeasures of entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau of Inner Mongolia perfect assessment, mainly from the evaluation index, evaluation system, management means and measures to illustrate.
