Study On Private Entrepreneurs' Crime From The Perspectives Of Cultural Criminology

After 30 years of reform and opening up,the private enterprise has become an important force for stimulating national economic growth.It is an important part of the Chinese economy,and a force in the development of the national economy,which shows a good momentum of development.However,with the deepening of China's social transformation,the crime of private entrepreneurs has become increasingly serious.In a certain extent,it has restricted the development of China's market economy.As an important force in the construction of China's market economy,private entrepreneurs have been entrusted to the identity of the "elite",and should carry high social expectations,however,it has deeply trapped in crime of mire,which is obviously against the rules and the development of market economy.So it is very necessary to explore the deep reasons behind the crime of private entrepreneurs and put forward the preventive measures.In recent years,about private entrepreneur's crime,the data shows that not only the number of cases and people involved are in a gradual increase,but also the type and scope of crime involved are in a continuous expansion.The crime of private entrepreneurs has profound cultural reasons,of which a more prominent one is affected by traditional culture.Traditional culture gives birth to the development of private business activities.If the enterprise wants to go on the right track,it must be attached to the government's "official standard" culture,which is the historical origin of its difficult situation.In addition,the private enterprise system construction is not perfect,and the management system has its flaws,finally leading to corruption and lower management level and so on.The psychology of superiority and inferiority as well as traditional interpersonal relationship culture makes the private enterprises lack of internal supervision.In addition to this,the belief crisis also arises from the ideological and cultural diversification,which makes some entrepreneurs only care for their profits,produce fake goods,and consequently cause great harm to the social and economic order.Therefore,it is necessary to take active measures to eliminate the plight of private entrepreneurs,and help them out of the mire of crime.There are some specific measures included in this paper.We can broaden the financing channels for private enterprises and reduce market access standards to improve market order of fair and equal,and get updated to improve the system of private enterprises culture.Besides,strengthen the private entrepreneur's integrity and improve the quality and level of management private entrepreneurs.Finally,establish and perfect the social supervision of private entrepreneurs and carry forward the socialist core value concept.
