On October 1,2013, the Chinese "tourism law" was promulgated, it marks the tourism industry of our country has entered into the phase of laws pulled open heavy curtain. "Tourism law", as the first meaningful in the history of tourism in our country's law, it will create the perfect legal environment for the development of the tourism industry as a whole, and it will further promote the change of China's tourism industry. In the whole tourism industry, Our country travel agency plays a leading role, mainly supplier is travel agency and tourism products consumers (tourists) the bridge and the link. But, in reality, The present situation of the travel agency which is a small scale, backward tourism product innovation consciousness, brand consciousness is not strong and so on.In this paper, the supply of Henan small and medium-sized travel agency management as the research objective, the influence of "tourism law" and Henan small and medium-sized travel agencies as the research object. First of all, from the management of travel agencies at home and abroad, comparison and analysis of the development of domestic and international travel regulations; Secondly, in view of the proposals to our country travel agency industry in the specific requirements, puts forward the travel agency in the later business that should grasp the direction of the development process, and to accurate market positioning; Operating in accordance with the law, tourism contract and labor contract in accordance with the law;To own brand construction, enhance the connotation of tourism products, cultivate their loyal customer base;Attaches great importance to the whole process of quality management, take scientific and effective means of detection, in order to ensure visitors expectations for implementation, and create a travel agency enterprise brand effect;And understandable, the use of e-commerce and other new tools to complete the travel agency industry's further development.
