With the development of economic,tourism has gradually become a livinghabits and lifestyle, tourism is also change rapidly development, travel industry canbe said to be a "sunrise industry". However, with the more open the more travelagency, as a result of excessive competition in the tourism market, some travel chaos,such as flat marketing channels, marketing way is single, lack of innovation of touristroutes, the homogenization of serious, travel agency, vicious competition, price war,appear even "zero group fee"and"negative fare" tour.A normative travel industry behavior "tourism law" promulgated in October1,2013, although said,"tourism law" has not enough to contain all the industry chaos,but to a certain extent governance lots of travel chaos, purify the environment oftourism, of course, also caused the industry reshuffle pattern.In this paper, according to the "law of tourism began" after the enactment ofSWOT Nanchang travel analysis from the analysis of Nanchang travel agency’sexternal marketing environment, focusing on the travel agency should use the productmarketing strategy, how to price strategy, channel marketing strategy, promotionstrategy to adapt to the promulgation of "Tourism law" after the reshuffleenvironment survival.
