The Cognitive Model Research Of Video Image Detection From The Perspective Of System Science

Video and image detection as a basic investigative methods today have greatly improved the efficiency and level of the criminal investigation and prevention, through the closely cooperation of relevant departments, as well as the long-term research, development, promotion, popularization and application of technology and equipment. But the study of Video and image detection in theory has been far behind the practice.As with other methods of investigation,the video and image detection may lead the practice to blindness and hysteresis if it relies solely on the lessons learned in the operation and lacks the deep theory to guide practice, which will also makes it an empirical theory detained in the system lacking of rigorous logic and can not reveal the intrinsic relationship between the phenomena. Therefore, this paper is going to have a deep discussion of the cognitive model of Video and image detection from the perspective of system science.This thesis is also determined to help the systematic understanding of basic theoretical research of investigation and establish a large coverage,broad-applied, long-survived advanced research at a higher starting point.This paper is divided into five parts in addition to the introduction and conclusion:In the introduction, the author uses a relatively empirical analysis method to describes the necessity and importance of theoretical research of the Video and image detection.The introduction part focuses on the significance of systematic and theoretical discussion and relevance between theory and practice of Video and image detection investigation from a methodological point of view.Thus we believe that theoretical research and innovation of this emerging technology and methods is necessary and urgent.The first part is the sketch of Video and image detection, starting with the connotation and characteristics of Video and image detection,the thesis gives the concept, characteristics and historical evolution process of the video and image detection a comprehensive study and statement,and also makes a summary and innovative induction in the longitudinal axis of time.I believe that, clarifying the concept and development process will help deepen understand the issue, and facilitate the communication and exchanges between research groups.The second part is the methodology study of Video and image detection in the system of investigative methodology, the author summarizes the main problems of based corresponding methods on the research status of the investigation methodology of our country. Then the paper points out the foreground of the system scientific methodology in the investigation field which focused on the connections between general system theory, cybernetics, information theory and investigation. At the end of this part, the author illustrates that this relatively specific investigation methods of Video and image detection not only conforms to the current worldwide criminal investigation trend, but also have a far-reaching instructive to the construction of our information investigative technology.The third part is the basic cognitive elements in general system theory, focused on the general system theory of system scientific methodology, it discusses the basic division of the elements of Video and image detection, which highlights the basic variable elements(three kinds) and basic information element(three kinds),and makes a relatively empirical interpretation and analysis in the same time.The fourth part is the working models of Video and image detection in cybernetics, focused on the cybernetics part in system scientific methodology and based on the brief presentation of the relevant principles of cybernetic theory,the author uses the principle of delivering and feeding back of information to make abstract modeling, and furthermore makes a discussion of the investigative work from the perspective of crime control.The fifth part is the discrimination of different thinking models in information theory,focused on the information theory of system scientific methodology, the author highlights the classification and statement of specific methods of Video and image detection which came from the different thinking models involved in processing the information,and uses the elements division in the third part as a example combined with practical experiences to make a more detailed explanation.
