The Study On The Image Detection Of The Traffic Accident Crime

Since 1996,the "95" Public security work outline issued by the Ministry of Public Security,image detection has become a key construction project.Then,"3111 Project","Urban security prevention and control","Safe city Construction" and other "Strengthen Police with Science and Technology " projects have greatly promoted the construction and development of image detection equipment.Relying on the increasingly perfect image detection system,the "image detection" came into being in July 2012 in the National Public security organs of image detection construction and application work conference which was held by the Ministry of Security clearly become the fourth major technical support means after criminal detection,technical detection,network detection,which played an extremely important role in the detection of various types of criminal offences.In all kinds of criminal cases,traffic police in the use of image detection to detect traffic accident crime work has also made positive progress.However,in the investigation practice,the traffic police in the application of image detection to solve the crime of traffic accident is still a lack of application,lack of evidence,the privacy of citizens can not be effectively protected and so on.The author from the strengthening of evidence awareness,the formation of a special team of graphic investigation,reasonable planning and maintenance of image detection system,unified software application research and development,exploration and summary of image detection in the field of technical warfare five angles for traffic police in the application of image detection of the real problems of the practical problem to provide solutions.In order to provide a little inspiration for traffic police to use image detection to solve traffic accident crime.This article is made up of four parts:The first part mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of image investigation and traffic accident crime,and the value of image detection in the case of traffic accident crime.The second part analyzes the problems existing in the application of image detection in the detection of traffic accident crime cases,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of hardware and software facilities,system design and staffing.The third part discusses the countermeasures of using image detection in the work of detecting traffic accident crime from five aspects of evidence consciousness,hardware and software facilities,staffing and technical warfare research.
