| Chengdu is an important town in the southwest of China.The security of Chengdu is related to the security of the western part of the country.Video image plays an important role in investigation.By integrating the resources of video image investigation,the ability of public security organs to fight crime is enhanced.The ultimate goal is to discover potential crimes and fight crimes.This paper studies the video image investigation resources in Chengdu from both theoretical and practical aspects,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to integrate the video image investigation resources.The first part of this paper mainly introduces some basic concepts of video image investigation,including the concept of video image investigation,the principle of video image investigation and the role of video image investigation in investigation practice.The second part of this paper is an analysis of the current situation of Chengdu video image investigation data resources integration,mainly describing the lack of a unified video image investigation platform,the operation and maintenance management mode of video image investigation data resources,and the lack of top-level design of video image investigation data resources integration in the context of large data.The third part of this paper introduces the necessity,characteristics and trends of integrating video image investigation data resources.The fourth part of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the difficulty in integrating video image investigation data resources,mainly from the legal level,investigation practice level,management level and financial policy aspects.Finally,in the fifth part of this paper,the countermeasures to integrate the video image investigation data resources are mainly divided into several aspects,such as improving the ideological understanding,building an integrated video image large data synthesis platform,and building a panoramic structured video image investigation data resources. |
