Since the eighteenth congress,the CPC central committee attaches great importance to the anti-corruption work,adopted a series of new measures, new method. In particular, to further strengthen the patrol work, the CPC central committee arranged the patrol work as the strategic system of inner-party supervision, and in 2015 issued regulations on the patrol work of the communist party of China, to further standardize and promote the patrol work.Constitution provides only two levels of pa trol, namely, the central and provincial party committee government implementing the system of inspection Tours. Practice has proved that patrol has played a predominant role in punishing and preventing corruption, strengthening construction of the party's style and clean government, closing party-mass relationship between government officials and masses. To realize a complete coverage of patrol, and promote the further development of pa trol, part of the provinces with reference to patrol, have carried out inspections innovativel. This paper carried on the thorough analysis to the inspector work with the inspector work in puyang city of henan province as an example.This article embarks from the theory of inner-party supervision, integratedly uses a variety of methods of literature research, survey, comparative and combinating with theory and practice on the research of the patrok and inspector work. This paper analysis the connotation of patrol and the inspector work carefully by combing the current research on inspection work, and summarizes the main characteristics of them.The supeivision of the patrol and inspections is a kind of top-down supervision payed attention to participation of the masses and layed stress on prevention. Its supervision object is specific, supervision contents focus, supervision methods are diverse. The inspections plays an important role in promoting the anti-corruption work, the leadership and cadres team construction and the system reform in today's China.This paper puts forward the necessity of es tablishment of the inspecting system in t he cities and counties which is an important means to get through the last kilometer of anti-corruption construction and to further improve the inner-party supervision system, and the need of keeping close links with the masses. We need to innovate supervision means in view of the Objective facts of the grass-roots level and the week Supervision power and carry out the inspecting system. Patrol is the reference and basis for the inspector, the inspections is an extension and deepening of the patrol. As an important means and ways of inner-party supervision,they are b oth closely linked and also have differences. Their purpose, guiding principle, working procedures, ways are all the same. Their difference is that the body senting to supervise, the object of supervision and Supervision of measuring point is different. Their differences, lead to them with different characteristics.
