| Security is the premise of social development and the primary security issues are the current social hot issues. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening-up and the rapid development of education, the sudden security incidents of primary school students increase constantly. It brings serious harm to primary school students and causes the wide attention of the whole society. In recent years, our country has issued a series of measures to protect the safety of the campus. But unfortunately, the campus security incident doesn’t seem to get effectively, such as fire, stampede, theft, injury, suicide, child abuse, traffic accident, drowning crisis events still occur from time to time, accompanied by the new crisis, such as the school bus traffic accident, campus nutrient food poisoning events, teacher obscene student events. Ultimately, the main reason lies in crisis management consciousness of school and unhealthy crisis management mechanism.So the research about emergency management mechanism of elementary school students’ sudden security incidents becomes the urgent demand of social development. In this paper, it takes the related theory of elementary school students’ sudden event emergency management as the guiding ideology to explore elementary sudden event emergency management mechanism. It analyzes the present situation of Shenzhen G school students’ sudden event emergency management mechanism. From the aspects of subject of emergency management, emergency management system, operation mechanism of emergency management and emergency management and guarantee system describes the existing problems, and from five aspects of ideology, education, personnel, the environment, the system analysis the problems behind the reason, on the basis of the analysis of these reasons, proposed the establishment and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Shenzhen g school emergency security incident emergency management mechanism. |
