Study On The Construction Of The Emergency Response System Of Sudden Public Events

At present, with the rapid development of global climate change and social economic, natural environmental hazards, public health incidents, public security crisis and so on hanppend frequently, greatly influenced the social development and economic growth,even the safety of people’s life and property. The construction of social emergency management system is an important measure to deal with public crisis effectively.
