Research On The Rise Of Chinese First Farmers' City

Rural urbanization has great importance in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and a harmonious society.Rural urbanization is very necessary and important.It has great theoretical and practical value to research the construction of rural urbanization.Premier Li Keqiang in 2014 put forward the guidelines and policies of the construction of rural urbanization.It shows the trend of the construction of rural urbanization all around our country.Since Long gang town in Wenzhou was built in 1984,it has successfully gone on a new road which does not rely on national investment,but mainly rely on the farmers themselves through a series measures,such as the institutional reform of land paid use,urban household registration,joint-stock cooperative economy and so on,so that it was praised as “the model of the founding on Chinese farmers' own” at home and abroad,“Long gang pattern” and “the first city of Chinese farmers”,From then on,Long gang had become urban and rural integration test area in Wenzhou,Social comprehensive development experimental area in Zhejiang province,Pilot town of the employment of rural labor under the state council,Pilot town of comprehensive reform of small towns,Pilot town of United Nations development programme for the sustainable development of Chinese small towns,and Pilot town of extending power for developed town in Wenzhou.When entering the new century,Long gang gained four national golden cards from one another such as Chinese printing city,Chinese gift city,Chinese printing material trading center and Chinese calendar collecting and distributing center,achieved the second leap from the "farmer city" to "industrial city".The series successes undoubtedly have great reference value and significance in the country's other rural urbanization.We choose Long gang town in Wenzhou as the research object in this thesis,and Using the methods of document analysis,On-the-spot investigation interview,analytical induction to research how Long gang became the first farmers' city in china,analyzing the problems and the corresponding solutions in its development process,with the hope to get some enlightenments for the construction of other rural urbanization in our country.
