In the 21st century,China has entered an accelerated phase of rise.Like any rising power,China has grown up with doubts and setbacks. In the process of rising,China needs to learn from the successful historical experience to point out the direction of China in the fog and point the way forward. As the only superpower in the world, the United States is undoubtedly successful. The most valuable thing is that the rise of the United States is the rise of peace.Whether it is for neighboring countries or a big country, the United States has not had a large-scale war with it.Therefore, analyzing the foreign policy in the rise of the United States is of practical significance to the rising China. This paper analyzes the foreign policy in the rise of the United States from the perspective of neoclassical realism. The uniqueness of neoclassical realism in foreign policy is that it combines the international system with domestic politics and believes that these two aspects work together on the country's foreign policy and affect the country's external decision-making.Therefore,the main foreign policies in the rise of the United States are divided into two aspects, the international level and the domestic level,to analyze the causes of their emergence. In the impact and comments,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each policy, whether it conforms to China's current national conditions, and whether it can provide reference experience for China's rise.In order to better learn from the experience of the United States, the paper analyzes the different backgrounds and different national conditions of China and the United States.Only when there is a clear difference can we rationally analyze and criticize the American experience.Through analysis, the author concludes the revelation and proposes a series of countermeasures.First of all, through the major foreign policy of the United States,China can be enlightened.Facing the international and domestic environment,China should learn to follow the trend and be able to formulate a diplomatic strategy that is in line with the current situation.Diplomatic strategy is the general direction of a country's decision-making.Secondly,the isolationism of the United States runs through the process of the rise of the United States.Even now,the US foreign policy still has the shadow of isolationism.Only with the changes of the times, the United States continues to enrich the connotation of isolationism and enable it to better serve.Developed in the United States.China's "hiding and keeping a low profile" is an external policy proposed by Deng Xiaoping in the 1990s.This policy approach is similar to American isolationism. In recent years, with the development of China, there are more and more sayings about completely abandoning the foreign policy of"keeping a low profile," and whether or not to follow this policy has also attracted the attention and heated discussion of domestic scholars. The author believes that on this issue we can learn from the attitude of the United States towards isolationism, and we must not abandon it,but we must pay attention to it from time to time.Third,by analyzing the Latin American policy of the United States,we should realize that many practices in the United States are not advisable.China should not only pay attention to the surrounding relations, but also adhere to the concept of "pro, sincerity, benefit, and tolerance" to deal with the relations between neighboring countries.Fourth,by analyzing the British policy in the rise of the United States,we should be inspired that the Thucydides trap can be avoided.Although the specific conditions of the United Kingdom and the United States are different from those of China and the United States, the hegemonic alternation of peace between the United Kingdom and the United States remains a good example and deserves our reference and learning.
