Research On The Enlightenment Of Tourism Development Experience In Lulang Town Of Nyingchi To The Construction Of Small Towns With Tibetan Characteristics

As China enters a new era of all-round development,it is urgent to solve the problems of economic development transformation,urban-rural integration,ecological green development and comprehensive deepening of various reform issues,especially the planning and design,strategic implementation,path selection,basic principles and theoretical basis of small towns in the process of national urbanization development.And other practical problems."Innovating urbanization development model" is an effective way to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,eliminate polarization and solve current social contradictions.It is the only way to solve livelihood problems,increase residents' income and improve residents' well-being.It is the only way to balance economic and environmental benefits,protect the ecological environment and adjust economic development.Exhibition mode and the correct choice of enhancing the comprehensive strength of the country.Tibet should closely surround the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and actively respond to and learn from the Party's new policies and ideas.Under the background of accelerating the new urbanization in China,the construction of small towns with distinctive characteristics in Tibet has been in full swing for a long time.In the 12 th Five-Year Plan of the autonomous region,it is proposed to implement the new-type urbanization strategy of the state,build demonstration sites of small towns with Tibetan characteristics,and take a road of urbanization with Tibetan characteristics in line with China's national conditions.Chapter 6 of the National Economic and Social Development Program of the Tibet Autonomous Region during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period points out that we should coordinate the urban and rural development structure,build livable towns and accelerate the pilot work of small towns with characteristics.As the first planned Characteristic Towns in Tibet,Lulang attracts tourists from all over the country and even from all over the world with its unique natural tourism resources and Tibetan cultural origins.It is a benchmark of Tibet's "International Tourism Town" and a famous tourism and cultural characteristic town of Linzhi.As a new pilot town,the development experience and model of Lulang can be used as a feasible reference for the construction of small towns with characteristics in the whole Tibetan environment.This paper analyses the practical experience of tourism development in Lulang from four aspects: basic conditions,target orientation,basic principles and development results,and explores the enlightenment of Lulang on the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The first part is about the related theories and concepts of characteristic towns,including the first and second chapters of the article.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance of the paper.Through the research on the current situation of the development of Lulang,the research perspective,methods,innovations and shortcomings of this topic are clarified.The second chapter briefly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the construction of small towns,which provides the theoretical basis for the following case analysis.The second part is the analysis of the development mode of Lulang,including the third and fourth chapters of the article.The third chapter is the evaluation and analysis of the basic conditions of the development of Lulang.On the basis of Chapter 3,We summarizes the practical experience of Lulang's development,including its own target orientation,basic principles of development and achievements.The third part is the analysis of the construction mode of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the environmental factors of the construction of small towns.It also understands the general situation,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The sixth chapter is the experience and enlightenment of the Lulang model for the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The fourth part is the analysis of the construction mode of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the environmental factors of the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.It also understands the general situation,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.The sixth chapter is the experience and Enlightenment of the Lulang model for the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature retrieval,field interviews,case studies,and case studies to analyze the development experience of Lulang Town from both horizontal and vertical directions.It adheres to the materialist and scientific development viewpoints,and draws a conclusion that the development of Lulang is beneficial to Tibet.Five enlightenments from the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics are put forward,including the emphasis and evasion points of the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics,enriching the ways,methods and connotations of the construction of small towns with Tibetan characteristics,promoting the social and economic development of Tibet,providing new schemes for the development of Tibetan culture,and broadening the new ideas for the protection of Tibetan ecological environment.
