Research On Social Support System For On Entrepreneurial Undertakings Of College-Graduate Village Officials

Since 2008,the government of China has decided to expand the recruitment size of “college-graduate village officials” on the basis of summing up the experience at different regions.In 2010,against the development status of college-graduate village officials,the government proposed five options for orderly flow of them.Among them,“independent entrepreneurial undertaking” served as the main option,and meanwhile they were also encouraged to lead the villagers in entrepreneurship and wealth creation during their office period.In November 2012,the 18 th CPC congress mentioned more than one time “innovation-driven development strategy”,encouragement of “entrepreneurship-driven employment”,support of “youth entrepreneurship”,realization of “multi-channel and multi-form employment” and creation of a national wave of entrepreneurship,especially for newly emerging groups under the condition of socialist market economy.college-graduate village officials were encouraged to lead villagers in entrepreneurial undertakings so as to create more job opportunities.And this has become an inevitable trend for socialist harmonious society and new countryside building.From the current entrepreneurial undertakings of college-graduate village officials,this thesis analyzes the career choice made by them after the end of their office period and influential factors.It is found out that there are problems like “imperfect entrepreneurship competence”,“invalid government policies”,“insufficient orientation and timeliness of college entrepreneurship education”,“insufficient support from private enterprises and social organizations” as well as “complexity of public opinion”.From the four subjects of social support system including government,enterprise,college and public opinion,this thesis proposes that “efforts should be increased to enhance the entrepreneurship of college-graduate village officials”,“government should establish sound policy support system”,“college should enhance the educational construction for college-graduate village official entrepreneurship”,“cooperation with private enterprises should be increased” and “public opinion of support should be promoted”,with a view to providing referable value to construct the social support system for entrepreneurial undertakings of college-graduate village officials.
