Play the role of institutional innovation.5. Carry out the system of human resources training planning, and make a clear positioning of the role of college-graduate village officials.6. Build a scientific and systematic management mechanism and establish an exit mechanism for the village official.7. To explore a new model of office cadres, such as the implementation of identity and post separation system.
