Studyon Formation Of General Wei Belief In Zhuang Nationality

The theme of the dissertation is the formation of General Wei belief in Zhuang Nationality.General Wei belief in Zhuang Nationality is based on a given natural environment and a special historical and humanities course,which has its own ritual,and the faith has developed into Belief Circle.Yannao Wei,the governor of Donglan,submitted his territory to Song dynasty as is recorded in the Masashi.From then on,The Wei clan Longly reignedthe Donglan by which inherited from generation to generation.The country was mired into unrest in Ming Dynasty,so the General Wei was often inducted to suppress the turmoils everywhere.But at the same time,The influence of General Wei was expanded.Especially Zhengbao Wei,Huchen Wei,Qiyun Wei and Yinglong Wei,the four generations successively of Wei headman clan, complied with the arrangement of the country and they was dispatched to resist the sea Pirates,which sacrificed much.So they made great contribution to the state,which had great impact on the Northwest of Guangxi,and General Wei Clan became one of the important headmen Clan in that area.But, The academe is short of research results on the Wei of Donglan,as is the research results of influence of General Wei’ reign on the Donglan,namely,the phenomenon of General Wei belief.The paper starts from the basic background factors of the formation of General Wei belief,including the natural environment, cultural environment and the distribution of temple.The essay deemed that General Wei belief was formed in the mountainous natural environment and historical environment of longly General Wei’ reign by analyzing the formation environment of General Wei belief.Secondly, by combing historical data and the anthropological analysis of religion, we analyze the history of the General Wei faith formation that General Wei faith formation experienced from the prototype stage to the secondary form. Prototypes, including a human, ghost, God’s transformation process, noting that they belong to the inner transformation mechanisms, secondary forms included large Wei,Wei two,Wei Third forms,they are "localized" results,which are community integration of distinguished and identity. Thirdly,by using the ethnographic approach to analyze the Dale,Ping’an Village,Bama county as a case,using "local knowledge" and "rites of passage" as the theoretical basis,the passage described ceremony of the General Wei belief and its contents symbolic systems are discussed;the passage also believes that the presence of General Wei beliefhad an impact on the social structure of the Zhuang.
