Research On The License System Of Copyright Collective Management

In China, the copyright collective management is new to most people. Licensing functions can best reflect the value of collective management system. The key of copyright collective management system is how to find an effective licensing model, can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost, and create a more safe and legal environment for users.
