Core Socialist Value Leads The Development Of Community Culture

With the rapid development of the economic, culture and society,the city community is growing very fast. However, the culture of city community is not able to match with the growth. Community culture is the culture activity and phenomenon for a group of people living in same area. It can provide satification for culture life and improve the happiness for the community residence. Culture construction is the core part of community. The community culture is in the primary stage, and the foundation part is not sufficient. The culture from other counties may also intercept and influence our community culture, We eagerly need to find a kind of values to lead our community culture construction. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC invent a system called Core Socialist Values(CSV). Its essence can be represented by the following words: prosperity, democracy, civility, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendship. In China, CVS is the flag of social culture and the right value to lead the community culture. The city community, the main area of using core socialist values, is the very important path for the people to archive spiritual civilization.During the practice of social culture activity, we should use the people orientated principle and use understandable words to explain CVS to the people. We can also integrate the social resources to build a culture construction platform, which can help the CVS to lead the city culture construction. By doing this, it will bring significant improvement for the civilization.This thesis contains 4 parts:First, it describe the background and significance of CVS and city community culture. And introduce the related research situation from all over the world.Sencond, this paper use face to face interview and questionare to find out the community culture contains 4 aspects. They are community material culture, community spiritual culture, community behavior culture and community schema culture.Third, by connecting and analyzing the answers from questionare of one specific community, it comes out the main problems during comunity culture construction: lack of activity infrastructure in the community, lack of communication between community resident, the resident is not fully particiant into commuity activityand the rule and regulation is unsound.Finally, the last chapter concludes the principle and solution to improve the community culture, lead the resident reach culture consensus, improve the community regulation and eventually improve the moral values.
