Research On Community Culture Construction And Community Residents’ Core Socialist Values Cultivation

The community culture as the most popular and widely grassroots culture of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, it is community residents cultivate socialist core values’ effective carrier. To strengthen the construction of community culture, put the socialist core values of three levels content, especially in which the value of the individual level standard, make community residents have subtle influence in pleasant atmosphere and cultivate socialist core values consciously.Guided by Marxism, this research used the way of qualitative and quantitative, it aimed at the theoretical analysis of community residents cultivate socialist core values by community culture construction. This research discusses the analysis of community culture’ structure and concept, the community culture was divided into four types according to its components, including mass community culture, activist community culture, specification community culture and spiritual community culture. Then discusses community culture is the important carrier of cultivating socialist core values and analysis of the current situation of community residents about socialist core values, community residents’ expectations of cultivating socialist core values by community culture.This research believes that guide the community residents to cultivate socialist core values, it is necessary to exert the mass community culture’s coordinating function fully, to expand activist community culture’s radiation range actively, to tamp the institution guarantee of the specification community culture earnestly, to lead value orientation of spiritual community culture correctly. Strengthen the construction of community culture in order to enhance the credibility,attraction, influence and radiation of the socialist core values, so that community residents put the socialist core values as the pursuit of value and behavior orientation consciously.
